ADJD's Delegation Visits France Courts Of Justice
Abu Dhabi, WAM:
A delegation from Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has made a training visit to
France's courts of justice of different degrees of litigation.
The six days visit was meant to develop relationships with international
partners and introduce graduates of ADJD's Academy of Judicial studies '&'
Specialized Training to international best practices and legal experiences to
improve the quality of legal services at home.
Headed by the Councilor Abdul Aziz Al Yakoubi, General Secretary of the Judicial
Council, and the Councilor Abdul Aziz Al Mulla, the Office Manager of the Abu
Dhabi Acting Attorney General, the delegation included members of the third
batch of the Academy's graduates.
During the visit they were introduced to
procedures and processes implemented by courts and public persecutions in
France.
The visit program included France's Council of State which hears administrative
disputes and the French National School of Judiciary in Paris.
The delegation
attended some hearings at French courts and explored their usage of modern IT
methods in litigation and documentation.
